In an effort to give myself a boost in the morning, I decided to wake up early to go for a morning walk.
I've been exhausted lately, mentally and physically, and I thought some time alone to clear my head and get a jump on the day might do be some good.
Did it work? Well...so far my ass is as tired as the rest of me and I feel like I lost an hour's sleep.
